Payment is expected at the time services are provided.  While we do not offer any in office payment plans, we do accept many forms of payment, including cash, check and all major credit cards.  We also accept Care Credit.  This healthcare credit card offers several promotional, interest-free financing options so you can get the treatment you need now and pay over time.  Our office accepts their 6 and 12 month plans.  Applying is easy:  just visit Care Credit or call 800-677-0718.

 

For Patients with Dental Insurance:

Our doctors recommend treatment based on your dental needs, not your insurance coverage.  Each plan has its own restrictions and reimbursement allowances, and while insurance can be beneficial, it does not pay for all necessary services.  In order for us to verify your coverage and benefits, you must provide us with your plan’s contact information and member ID number at least two days prior to your appointment. Our business staff will do their best to help you understand your benefits, but please realize that your plan is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Our office relies on the information provided by you and the insurance company, and cannot guarantee any benefits or coverage.  Please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for your account.
